TBM Chrestotes was first formed in 2008, with dr. Fatrin from the class of 2005 as the first president of TBM at that time. At first, the name TBM CHRESTOTES was still known as TBM FK UPH. This organization was initially formed with the aim of teaching first aid and being able to help in times of disaster.

So, why did the TBM CHRESTOTES anniversary fall on November 15?
Well, the anniversary of TBM CHRESTOTES falls on November 15th because the first training was held on November 15th, 2008. This training was attended by 11 UPH Medical students, and these 11 people became the first batch of TBM FK UPH.

Do you know the history of the TBM CHRESTOTES logo?
The TBM CHRESTOTES logo initially did not use the emergency symbol but instead used a red cross. But after further discussion, TBM CHRESTOTES finally decided to use something more common, which was eventually changed to the emergency symbol. The other parts of the logo did not change, and the management that year looked for values that could describe TBM CHRESTOTES, after that looking for images or objects that represented those values. Then combined into one.
Logo. The result of thinking about what values are expected to be in every member of TBM CHRESTOTES. Helping and protecting each other, wise and always sincere.

Where does the name TBM CHRESTOTES come from?
CHRESTOTES means kindness. Other TBMs have their names from the medical world (anatomy, medicine, medical figures). We decided that our name should describe the reason why we help others. That is kindness, if we don't have kindness, it is impossible for us to help others.

What is the history of our blue PDH?

The first consideration when designing this shirt was deciding whether it would be a vest design or not. In the end, it was decided to have long-sleeved PDH to protect the hands when walking in the forest or etc. We looked for bright colors, so that they could be easily seen from a distance. The blue color was chosen because at the time of the management meeting, we all liked the blue color of the shirt worn by the Vice President at that time. Other attributes such as pockets and pen holders on the right arm were adjusted to the field shirt.

What was the first national event that TBM CHRESTOTES participated in?
TBM CHRESTOTES first participated in a national event at the VIII National Conference of Jamnas XIV PTBMMKI in Medan which was held by USU in 2010.
